Who we are
Reciprocity Lab is a software company incorporated in India. We build products and deliver engineering services to clients across fintech, logistics, and general software. Most of our clients are international.
We're a small, senior team. We don't staff projects with juniors and hope for the best. The people who talk to clients are the same people writing the code.
The name comes from a simple idea: good working relationships are built on fair exchange. We show up fully for the work, and we expect the same respect in return.

We'd rather do three things well than ten things badly. Taking on less means we can actually care about what we ship.
Direct communication
No account managers, no middlemen. You talk to the person doing the work. That's how problems get solved fast.
Software that lasts
We write code like we'll be the ones maintaining it, because often we are. Simple, well-structured, and documented.
